Heck yes he is a stud! LoL! Yeah, J.B. is awesome! Him and I are buds! I think he is the nicest Hillsider that I've ever met before. Although this year, I've met a lot more Hillsiders, and they are all really nice! I guess just because I know J.B. a little better. But yeah...I heart Hillside! LoL! See you at Troy..and good luck!~Ash
Is their going to be a Best band award? If their is ATSC is gonna definitely in the running for that... Our band rocks.. even though I not on the band... BUT OUR LEAD GUITARIST CAN PLAY THE GUITAR BEHIND IS HEAD... WOOT... done rambling...
Like the good old buddy phil bennet said a while back ATSC (omaha westside) is pumped and ready to go. We are hosting our compy this week which I gonna be friggin sweet (Winners gonna be PAPILLION!!! (actually is probably gonna be lewis central but Mr Johnson said that I have to cheer for th team im hosting) PAPILLION is gonna rock everyones faces of)
Westside is gonna have a major sweet time at this compy considering that teamwork and our spirit that we have for our team. And on top of that our 1st runner up and our continual best show choir in nebraskaness! Woot! Cordless chicken of fortitude! (< thats to assure everyone that is from westside who I am) ;)
Correctamundo Kate! Yes, my friend from "Hillside" is J.B. Fun stuff!
Also, I will try and not be nervous, but not making any promises! But I do know that I will enjoy watching all of the show choirs perform! Good luck to everybody! Latta!~Ash
I can't wait untill the invintational as well, i wish the best of luck to all the show choirs competing, I will be there all day long watching all of you guys rock out. If some one you guys are nervous, don't be,its all about having fun and performing the crap out of your show.
Hola again! Thank you Hillsidesglcharm and KTbaby313 (Kate)! I'm very excited about Troy...but it is a little nerve racking, the anticipation and not knowing what to expect. I mean, I've heard a lot from my friend from Hillside about how good these choirs are. Just never being there and not knowing "the ropes" kinda sucks. It's a little intimidating at times, but I know I'll have fun! I love watching show choirs, and hopefully I get to watch a lot of them. Sullivan is just two after us and Mt. Zion is four after us..so hopefully I will get to watch them. Good luck Kate!!! I have a surprise for you at Troy, and I promise, you'll love it! Good luck to everyone!~Ash
My advice is just to have fun. Finals will be a tough battle, and a lot of choirs that would normally make it probably won't. Just go and have fun, talk to people, and watch all the groups you can. It should be a really exciting event!!
So how about after talking to my friend from Hillside, I'm SOOOO ready to go and watch all of the show choirs at Troy! Honestly, I think competing is an honor, and even getting to watch..I just don't know how I'm gonna react to all of it! But I'm so pumped to see everybody's shows! It's gonna be awesome! I guess since I've never been to the competition before, I don't know what to expect..any advice? I don't know, but I'm nervous and excited all at once! Latta!~Ash
So how about now I'm like really excited about Troy's competition. I'm hearing such good things about all the show choirs. Since I've never been to this competition before I don't know what to expect, just a lot of really good show choirs. Only two more weekends away! But, just wanted everyone to know that I'm really looking forward to seeing everybody. The only ones I've seen are both Rock Bridge groups, Smith-Cottong groups, and Pleasant Hill "Hillside". Well, good luck to everybody!~Ash
Nevada doesn't have enough money to stay the night. So I think we'll be leaving on our little school bus at a ridiculous hour to get there on time. Oh the woes of a broke show choir...
Awww that sucks!! If It makes you feel any better We have to pay for our own hotel rooms we room 4 per room and spilt the cost.... So Im a poor poor 18 year old mmhhm...
