I feel like 1st-5th is anyone’s ball game I just personally believe this is what the outcome will be based off of what I’ve seen from these groups so far
I know I speak for all of us at ETC when I say that we are all unbelievably pumped to see all of you and your choirs tomorrow! I literally haven’t gotten off of this website all week during school!!

It is indeed, but I do believe some people are sleeping on Solon. They are a very good group who has beaten many great groups in the past couple of years, including both Loveland and Beavercreek. In conclusion, don’t leave them out everyone, they might just snatch the GC here.
To be fair, Solon hasn't bested Loveland since 2013 but you are right. As of now I think Beavercreek, Solon, and Loveland all have about an equal chance of winning this competition.
Well Loveland-Solon have only gone head-to-head once since 2013 and that was 2017 at Marysville. They really don't go head-to-head very often. Since 2010, Loveland has only been to a Northeast Ohio comp twice as they tend to opt for SW OH and Indiana. They haven't been to NE OH since 2016 (which was at Solon's comp) and aren't this year either. Solon almost always does Medina and Twinsburg's comps as local shows in a similar way Loveland does Fairfield's as a local show. Thus, it seems Marysville's comp has been the place they've crossed paths in recent history. Same state, just different ends of it.
Most of Solon's wins over Loveland were back before Loveland really emerged as an elite player. I mean as surprising as it may seem, Loveland wasn't quite a household show choir name at the beginning of the decade. They certainly are now though! In a similar way, the Beavercreek of the first part of this decade is much different than its current form. A lot can change in a few years which is part of what makes this Beavercreek-Loveland-Solon showdown so fun and pretty even thus far in the predictions. Solon has probably been the most consistent this decade, but past events don't really matter when looking at the present.
All of Jeff's points are totally valid (as usual), but I should point out that if everyone is sleeping on Solon - and they come out on top - then whoever does pick them is going to have a massive advantage in the overall scoring. This is where the fun comes in... can you pick those underdogs when you need to, and which groups will actually bring it on competition day? Nobody knows, and that's what makes it so exciting!
