Congrats to everyone! I got to see a couple of choirs, and I think you all did very well! Ankey, you are amazing as always, and ATSC is always outstanding! (Westside I love your dresses! They're so pretty!)
question for BRS. who sings "Wild Wild Party" I love that song!

Did you mean, who were the soloists during Wild Wild Party?

The opening soloist was Sarah Czaplewski.

The Second soloist was Taylor Jones.

And the third soloist was Eric Sheppard.

Wild wild party is from a musical...i think it's called....wild party. lol

It's actually from "The Wild Party". I guess their are two musicals called "Wild Party". That's what our director told us. Weird huh?

VA's Ballad was All the Wasted Time, because BRS did the same ballad.

Well I had an awesome time at this competition. Congratulations Ankeny - there's no question that you deserved your win. And it was really cool to have you guys clap for us when we came in from doing our show. Best of luck in the future!

My only regret was that I was so busy that I didn't get to see anyone except Ankeny and BRS. And that I didn't get to eat anything from 2 to 12:30 in the morning. What sacrifices I make for show choir.

OK... I'll bite... why '14' and not '24'? What's the significance? Where did the name come from?

I should know this because my dad named the group, but I don't. Sorry, he named it when I was like 4. Sorry I'm not much help.

^^
thanks! I try to stick out every once in awhile (sorry... slight joke between the group)

So, right before we go to accept the trophy, Rachel (the girl I went up with) brings me sun glasses to wear. Little awkward, lol.

Yeah, we all felt bad for her, but she was able to cover it really well. And Stolba, I did see yah at the comp, i believe you had the most crisp moves in your group.

VA's Ballad was All the Wasted Time, because BRS did the same ballad.

Hey, congrats to all the groups. I had a great time watching Ankeny "VA" and view the other show choirs.

Big Red Singers looked like they had so much fun, i felt back for the person in the front who almost lost their top in the closer...

Oh, VA... what is your ballad called? I LOVE IT
