Totally didnt realize it’s being hosted at Hurricane High. Is hurricane supposed to be exhibition?? Wasnt sure because saw the judges the Hurricane, Midland, and Poca regularly hire to adjudicate. Or is event location incorrect??
I can’t foresee this being an issue. Back in yonder years my high school hosted state but us as a choir, were not the hosts. We competed. Also Indiana state is always at a high school that’s also competing.
Oh well we know that. Heat Wave is correctly listed as an advanced women's group on the Hurricane profile page. "Festival/Non-Mixed" is a really weird division classification. I imagine there would've been a separate women's division if there had been another women's choir, but since it's just Heat Wave they combined them with mixed groups. I changed the divisions above to just show as Mixed (for Championship) and Open (for Festival/Non-Mixed), so maybe that'll work instead.

Anyone know whether Musselman "Kaleidoscope" is a mixed or a women's group? It seems they've alternated from year-to-year and I wasn't sure how to list them in the database for 2018... especially since they're just lumped into the "other" category of divisions here.
