The divisions seem a bit wonky. I guess they're unbalanced because there's a lot of really large schools, a .couple of tiny ones, and not much in-between. Though, Loveland is way closer to Perrysburg in size than they are Ross so that seems weird. None of this really matters. They're all eligible for finals.
I believe they determine the divisions something like Class C below 1000 students Class B 1001-1500 and then Class A 1501 and above so I think that's why it becomes confusing because you could have schools barely miss out on a higher or lower division. But yes it is fantastic that all groups are eligible for finals!
