Assuming this is the Sumrall from Mississippi - it's cool to see a Southern group come up to this.

Westwood has been very good, especially for a competition hosted by a small 2A sized school, at getting groups from out of the region to attend in the past. Gerking knows how to get them! I remember in 2010 when Pascagoula came up to Westwood. It was so awesome to be walking down the hall and then randomly hearing southern accents... loved it!

Assuming this is the Sumrall from Mississippi - it's cool to see a Southern group come up to this. Also, unless they're changing their name just for Westwood, their choir name has been listed as "Legacy" on all of the Southern competition schedules.

With the surprising results yesterday, and Sioux City East having won earlier this season at Roosevelt, this will be an intense tie breaker for Mitchell and Sioux City East. Can't wait to see how it plays out.

I think nit's based on school size. I'm pretty sure Mitchell only has like 600-700 students, which would make it a 3A school in Iowa.


They've never been a 3A school here though
