I believe male soloist went to Martinsburg "Good Times' and female soloist went to Powhatan's "Resonance".

Martinsburg won best male performer, Powhatan won best female performer, and Cosby spotlight won people's choice.

Class A 1st Place : Hurricane
class A 2nd place: Cosby

Class B 1st place: Menchville
