Why did so many groups leave?

We really have no idea, the competition has been very tough the last few years with around 16-18 groups. However this is probably the biggest Middle school competition in the Midwest, because we typically have many groups and we have finals. We hope that groups will keep returning because we love hosting all of the cute kids and like giving them their own competition without high schoolers!

Yes, there are only five finalists this year since we have less groups than previous year.
