Jeff Temple is an alumnus of Urbandale High School and studied music at Wartburg College. He has been an assistant director and accompanist for Urbandale’s nationally recognized show choir ensembles for more than 30 years. He is involved in all facets of the show preparations, but his primary focus is on their award winning back up bands. During his tenure at UHS the show choir program has achieved a consistent level of success and excellence.
Jeff’s passion for show choir is supported by Juli, his wife of 27 years. He also had the good fortune to perform with both of his sons, Jacob and Jonathan, who were 2011 and 2015 graduates of Urbandale’s varsity show choir, Studio. In his spare time he enjoys cooking and baking and is a poker and video game enthusiast.
