Nick Quamme is a freelance choreographer raised in Holmen, Wisconsin and now based in West Des Moines, Iowa! Nick has professionally trained and performed for the past 20 years in various areas of the performing arts, including musical theatre, studio dance, and competitive show choir. Nick’s professional work is currently focused on show choir, choreographing for 25 different groups across the US. Nick was honored to be named the Fame Aspire Award’s “Best New Choreographer” in 2017, with nominations in 2016 and 2018. This spring, Nick is thrilled to be returning to the stage, performing as an Angel in “Kinky Boots” at the Des Moines Playhouse! Outside of choreographing, Nick loves spending time with his family + friends, traveling and exploring the outdoors. Nick is thankful to call show choir and dance his passion and career!
