Joseph Kincaid holds a B.A degree in Music Education K-12 from the University of Charleston with a major in voice, a minor in piano, and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership. Joseph was the director of Poca High School's show choir, Visual Volume, for 12 years. Within the last 6 years, his groups have won 15 Grand Championships and 5 WV State Championships. Mr. Kincaid's choirs have been featured in Productions magazine, and is the debut show choir for the new television series "Behind the Stage" that will air on the Dance Network. Joseph Kincaid is a National Board Certified Teacher in EAYA Vocal Music, an Arch Coal Teacher Award recipient, 2010 Putnam County Teacher of the Year, and a WV Teacher of the Year Finalists. Mr. Kincaid has also served as the WVMEA Sate Show Choir Chairman for the past 9 years and is a National Board Mentor for Putnam County Schools. He is currently now the new director of Hurricane High School's show choir, Red Hot. Joseph Kincaid currently resides in Hurricane, WV with his wife Kayte Kincaid.
