Brad Gardner is a Director of Choral Music at Franklin Central High School in Indianapolis, IN where he directs the FC Singers, Accents, Encores, Harmonia, and Concordia, and assistant directs High Voltage. Under his direction, the FC Singers have earned numerous grand championships and were the Indiana State Concert Choir Champions in 2012, 2013, & 2014. FC Singers were also the 2014 Indiana Show Choir State Champions.
Brad received his Bachelor of Music Education degree from Indiana University’s Jacobs School of Music in Bloomington, IN where he was a founding member of the IU Chapter of the American Choral Directors’ Association. His performance credits at IU include Opera and Symphony Choruses and touring the nation as a varsity member of the IU Singing Hoosiers. Recently, Brad was a guest lecturer at the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music with the Music Education Department and was a presenter at the Indiana Choral Directors Association Convention. He also serves as a clinician at choral festivals and concert and show choir adjudicator at competitions throughout the country. When Brad is not busy working with choirs, he enjoys spending time with his husband Kelley and son Locklan.
