ezComp was founded in the summer of 2024 with one core mission: to eliminate repetitive tasks and make the busy lives of show choir professionals simpler and more efficient. We asked ourselves:
- Why are we submitting the same song lists, member names, bios, and photos over and over again?
- Why do we have to track down judge information for every competition, every year?
- What if we never had to manage another judge’s audio recording or print another scoring summary?
These questions fueled our passion and led us to create ezComp—the ultimate all-in-one solution for managing every aspect of your competition.

The moment you update your competition schedule or details in ezComp, the changes automatically appear on your showchoir.com event page. You also have complete control over how and when information (like awards and judges) is displayed on showchoir.com.
Field-Tested and Continuously Improving
ezComp made its live debut at Holmen’s Gathering (WI) in January 2025, where it was a resounding success! Since then, we’ve been hard at work refining the platform, making it even more user-friendly, and adding a steady stream of new features. We’re also thrilled to announce our partnership with Palu Tabulations, the most trusted name in show choir scoring, ensuring ezComp meets the scoring standards you've come to expect from Palu Tabulations.
Pricing and Special Introductory Offer
ezComp is priced at just $750 per competiton, no matter how many days or extra events (like solo competitions, jazz competitions, etc.) you have! And there's no additional cost to attending directors. Recognizing that everyone will be learning the platform in its first year, we’re offering an introductory price of $600 for your first year on ezComp. We're committed to continuous development and are already in the planning stages of adding exciting new features!

ezComp is a passion project, and we’re committed to supporting the show choir community. That’s why 10% of our profit will be distributed back into the community through a grant process—this is only the beginning of our philanthropic plans. Trust us when we say we've got big ideas in the works!
