1st Neosho Choraleers (Best Female Soloist/Best Ballad)
2nd Jenks Trojanaires
3rd Carthage Soundwave (Best Male Sololist/Outstanding Female Performer/Best Closer)

1st Harrisonville Music Makers

I think they merged Oak Groves tier into Harrisonville, Warrensburg, and Chillicothe’s tier and just put Jenks in with Neosho, Carthage and all of them, that’s just my guess based on how they called prelim placements
