My favorite thing about the Crystal Classic is that it always seems to have such a quality recording company, thus groups shows from this competition generally get posted to youtube soon thereafter. So I'm excited for that, I'm dying to see some of these groups.

So what was up with that mistabulation for small mixed?! Crazy! I loved South Dearborns show this year. It had so much energy and has really come a long way. Wheaton. One word. Amazing. What was up with the girls shows? Ben Davis was alright, but I wouldn't say GC material. I loved some of the solos though! Great job all groups!

By mistabulation, I mean by adding a sixth finalist

This competition was absolutely filled with an amazing amount of talent. It was very worth while to come down and perform. I wouldn't of wanted to be anywhere else. This definitely was one of the best competitions that I have been a part of. I saw the last six groups perform and I was in awe of what I had seen. Although,I'm very surprised about the scoring error made with Olentangy Orange's score. It must of been a dramatic error if they ended up getting second but at first were slated to not even make finals. Overall, this competition was INCREDIBLE.

I must say, I am shocked that they had to had a sixth finalist in the small mixed division. There's been so many scoring errors this year, but I didn't expect one here. Wish I could've seen some of the small mixed.

Someone post results asap please! I'm thinking awards have just started or at least haven't reached large finals results yet. Oh and about Wheaton...can I just say how glad I am to have been graced by the entertainment of such a show choir? They were phenomenal, and I hope they win.

They did beat Piqua last week. I would assume they are, as they say, legit.

I tried to edit my post, but it wasn't working for some reason. Just an update, we got absolutely no severe weather. Maybe a sprinkle of rain. It's supposed to be chilly tomorrow, but absolutely gorgeous. Pray for those those did get hit hard though, some places in Indiana are flattened.
