I just have to say that I got around to watching Oak Mountain’s show on YouTube and I think they have a phenomenal show, holy moly. Some of their choreo moments/dance breaks are on the same level as Clinton and Glenwood, definitely one of my favorite shows this year. Well done!

Hello Everyone! I know the show choir hangover is real today and I encourage you to tuck in relax and come join me over at the Show Choir Podcast "Southern Shows" where we review the results and placements that happened ALL over the south (Including this amazingly run competition and innovative livestream). I made sure to include timestamps for those of you who are on the busier side of this relaxing Sunday morning. Hope to see you soon!

What is the the name of the soloist from Grenada who sings “I surrender ” in the black dress ? I’m obsessed with her voice. This year and last year.

All the groups were great, but I have to disagree with the outcome of the single gender group. You do not need props to win. And two other groups vocals and overall show was much better. I really enjoyed all the shows. Great job to the guys!

The Grenada vs. Homewood rematch here is gonna be a close one. Throwing in Oak Mountain and Enterprise too, I'm interested to see how this turns out.

Here's the website with official schedule and ticket information. We are excited to host so many fantastic groups! We will run this competition on time just as we have the past two years. Do not plan on this competition running late if you want to see certain groups. The link to our new and improved Live Feed will be posted on this website. This live feed will certainly be entertaining throughout the day. We will have live news anchors, interviews with audience members and members of participating show choirs before and after they perform, director interviews and more. Tune in to watch some fantastic groups this weekend!

Judges for this year are:
Megan Tantillo
Calvin Ellis
Damon Brown
Kevin Breazeale (Critique/Finals)
Mary Smith (Critique/Finals)
Ben Wexler (Solo Comp)

Thanks!

This livestream concept could be extremely entertaining, I'm definitely going to tune in when I can to see how well it works in practice. Hoping this format becomes the new standard for livestreams in the future!
