I truly regret to share this news, but we have been forced to cancel this event. To all of our competing choirs, vendors, and our volunteers who have worked so hard to put on the classic, we waited and made contingency plans until the very last moment. The world needs a little bit of what show choir competitions deliver, so let’s all give it to each other even if we aren’t going to be competing this Saturday.
As a parent volunteer who is very involved with the hosting of this event, I can state with certainty that, as of 9:00 p.m. Wednesday night, it is NOT cancelled. We are still hosting our 32nd LC Classic with plans to be smart and follow all recommended precautions. Please refrain from posting rumors. Should we be required to cancel the event, we'll notify all participants, and showchoir.com immediately.
