I think the placement of finals will be the results!
The lastest groups wins their Division. (Tier II Peoria; Tier I El Paso Modulations)

Tier 2 finalist should be performing
From 725-855
Then soloists finalist perform around 925
Then tier 1 finalist perform so elite Energy , singers and modulations perform again from 955-1055
Then 1125 is the final exhibition performance
Final awards are 1155

Is there an updated schedule? I heard that Watseka is going at 1 rather than 12:30.

It's updated now. There were only two minor changes that I noticed -- El Paso girls and Watseka's times were changed, but no one else was effected.
