So The Choralaires received the best female soloist? Also, for future reference, if there's an inaccurate placement, award, or choir in the line-up or awards section, please Private Message one of the crew members. Thanks

One more thing : Does anyone know placements for Middle School Division?

It was Choralaires, actually. The soloist in the opening number was the best female soloist.

I updated my results to show this, though it still doesn't have a name. If an SCC crew-type person comes through here they can fix that on the event results.

I would like to thank all the groups for being kind and patient with the backstage crew. We really appreciate that, and it makes our jobs a LOT easier.
You were all really nice. Especially Highland's crew! You guys were so fun!
And the group with "Heath Leadger" in their band... I'm sorry I was like, obsessed with him backstage. (I was the crazy blonde) It was a LONG day and his resemblance to Heath Ledger just amazed me in my tired state...!

But really, Thank you so much for being so nice!

I can't believe none of us noticed the wrong times in the original schedule (Benton listed at 1:50, then the next group at 1:35! Additionally, I think the 'corrected' schedule they put as in insert into the program was also 'wrong', in that it allowed 25 for the solo winner (which even in the 'first' schedule was only listed to be 5 min.), so everything following that was messed up too yet. So who knows when anybody was really scheduled to perform. I ended up leaving early...

Omaha Westside girls win the womens division.

I can't believe this competition isn't done yet! I feel bad for ATSC. I wouldn't have any energy left at this time of day.

So... Exhibition performance is occurring too?

Gotta do something while they quadruple check the scores from finals.

Update: ATSC is next up and is the last competing group of the night, assuming my mother is not confused.

Another note: ATSC won Best Crew, which was given out after daytime

Mundelein's competition historically runs behind. In 2005 when I competed there, it was the same story... but this year it will be much longer I believe.
