So glad I got to attend this competition yesterday! A few thoughts on the groups:

Albertville- Congrats on a well deserved GC!! I loved your show, the opener was my favorite! I think you won best choreography because it was pretty clean and it was appropriate to the style/story. In my personal opinion, I would've given you best vocals!

Auburn- I liked your show! The closer was amazing. If there was a best costumes award at this competition, you would have gotten it! I though it was kind of weird doing a bible story in hip hop type clothing? It worked though! Awesome job!

Opelika- I didn't get to see you in finals, but I'm assuming you brought it since you hopped Enterprise from prelims! Great show from what I saw in prelims!

Enterprise- Wow! You have great choreography. In my opinion, I would've had you in at least 2RU with best choreography. Your show is awesome, and the closer is great! Loved it.

Auburn girls- What a fantastic womens group! I loved your costumes as well. Auburn folks really know how to pick out some costumes! Congrats on making finals.

To add to some of the awards:
Prelims was-
1st- Albertville
2nd- Auburn
3rd- Enterprise
4th- Opelika

Small mixed-
GC- Vestavia Hills (BC, best show design) Side note- Vestavia's show was fantastic!
1RU- Albertville (BV)
2RU- Prattville
3RU- Spain Park

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, Prattville and Spain Park may be swapped.

Womens- All I remember is Auburn Elan won.

Saw a post from a current CenterStage member that said they won GC. That's all I know.

I meant to add in a womens choir, but I think you're correct on that!

I thought I remembered their show last year being really good!

I like these predictions... perhaps Elan might be in the running for that 4RU spot...

Predictions:

GC- Albertville (BV, Best show)
1RU- Auburn (BC)
2RU- Enterprise
3RU- Opelika
4RU- Bradley Central/Albertville CenSations/Vestavia

Albertville CenterStage won this competition in 2012 and 2013, so I'm guessing they'll find a way to do it again. My other predictions are pretty much based on previous years. Best Band could go to anyone, I really don't know who will be able to recieve it and who won't.

As for 4RU, I really don't know. Bradley Central has made finals at Belmont, but hasn't made finals in Alabama. So we'll see. Albertville's prep group is usually pretty good, so I say there's a small chance we'll see them in finals. Also, Vestavia is also usually really good. They didn't compete last year to my knowledge, so we'll see what they have in store for us this year.
