Costumes and Sportsmanship are under the wrong choirs. Enoch316 has them correct.

Matoaca also won Best Female Soloist, Cosby won Best Costumes, and I believe Best Sportsmanship went to Patrick Henry.

DIVISION A

GC: Cosby (Best Vocals, Best Choreography, Best Show Design)
1RU: Matoaca (Best Band) (Judge's "Shout Out Award")
2RU: Manchester
3RU: Midlothian

DIVISION B

GC: Douglas Freeman
1RU: Patrick Henry
2RU: Kecoughtan

If I've made any mistakes with the B division feel free to correct me. The Judge's Shoutout award was given for "an outstanding trio" during Matoaca's ballad. Both congratulations and condolences to Cosby for another grand champion and sincerest hopes that Helga recovers to full health.
