I'm not sure about Single-Gender my director hasn't told me and they announce the placements for the top 4 (boo)
A lot of Choirs stepped up this year and I'm so happy so see my friends from other schools place so well, especially in a sport where, generally speaking, size wins over quality. While I hoped my school placed better today was very refreshing!

What a horrible thing to say. You are talking about teenagers that have worked super hard. Did you see their performance? It was fire.

Congrats to ALL the choirs that performed! You are all winners!

Keep these thoughts to yourself… no need to degrade other groups

Imagine registering a burner account on the day of a competition just to come in here and talk s*** about other groups. Coward. Grow up.

according to your profile, you are 42 years old talking smack about 14-18 year olds who have worked for months preparing their show, as well as directors and other members who have worked hard to make their show happen. If you dont have anything classy to say about these kids, dont say anything at all. and the fact that you are too scared to say that on your main account and had to create a fake profile speaks volumes on your character…. not everything is going to go your way. grow up and be happy for other groups who worked hard to get to where they are now.

The attitude of every group is different at state. Some groups get cocky and don't try as hard as they should. Some groups who barely made it to state spend all week working at hard as they can. In reality the groups that place well are the groups don't perform like they want first place, they perform like they NEED it.

I'd make predictions but the placements are always wildly different than you'd expect.

It is the state competition, placements are always crazy and typically very different from other competitions. Hence the top groups not attending

FC
Carmel

Post them don’t worry. Wilder the better. Have fun

I know a lot of those groups are either going to a hearts of America event or they're going to Noblesville's state competition because ISSMA is always frustrating. And this being the small division I'd sure hope Carmel and FC aren't attending lol
