First Edition did a GREAT JOB during day. GLAD they made it to evening.. My brother Clark Webb was in First Edition his junior year 1997 and senior year 1998. He just miss being in First Edition his sophomore 1996.. The two years he was in First Edition they always made it to finals. and got GRAND CHAMPIONSHIP. Hopy they will not have to deal with during day

Shout-out to the ABSOLUTE professionalism from Lafayette-Jeff for being so focused during whatever technical issue happened backstage during their set. Several minutes of silence and all the performers stayed focus.
Can anyone share what happened? It was hard to tell from the stream.
It looked as though part of the backstage area lost power, but that's all I could tell from the live feed. It happens more than you'd think with lights and sets and all. Laf Jeff and other choirs handle it well considering it's an unexpected interruption that is completely out of their control. Just like fire alarms in the middle of performances.
