Jokes aside, Powerhouse will indeed be performing uncontested in their own division (no Los Al or Burbank at this one). As far as predictions go, since they aren't technically competing, I actually don't recall what is going to happen with the overall placements. I think the way it was originally set up was that if finals don't exist at a competition (which, in California, they never do), then it just goes down the list of mixed tiers in numerical order.
With that in mind, we added the option for "non-competitive" status on a per-division basis at some point - and I don't recall if that gets factored into the prediction system or not. Thus, this is just going to be one of those fun ones where you'll have to take a stab at it and we'll all see what happens on the other side! If I were to give you my gut feeling, I'd say put Powerhouse in first and then try to pick the correct order starting with Tier II first and then Tier III second (like most competitions). But don't shoot the messenger if that ends up being wrong.
