From what I found, this one works a little bit like New England festivals, where choirs are given medals for their performances.
Middle school - all silver medals
Tier IV - gold: Kimball, silver: Bayard, Bridgeport
Tier III - silver: Chadron, Mitchell (I don't think Chase County attended. The article I found listed every choir here except them, and the school's Facebook, which is usually impeccable on show choir results, didn't mention anything)
Tier II - gold: both Sidney groups, Alliance Harmonics, Gering. silver: Alliance Velocity, Aurora West Prep
Tier I - gold: all three
Rhythm's best soloists were Eden Johnson and Diego Sosa.
Vista PEAK Aspyre won Best Outfits.
Class Act Award (I think it's the Spirit Award equivalent) - Aurora West Prep
We'll see if we can get full preliminary results, but the overall final results are posted. Scottbluff takes 7 finalists - the winner of each daytime class, the then top 2 scoring choirs not already in finals, and lastly the judges pick one wild card choir. And then from there, they announce the top 3 during final awards. Congrats to Vista Ridge on their second consecutive win here at the Old West Choir Fest!
