Just for clarification, Tier I here is listed on the schedule as "Class AA/A" and Tier II is listed as "Class B/C/D". They're grouped together on the schedule and not listed individually, so I'm assuming the plan for the daytime awards is to do awards based on these groupings; however, if they're doing individual Class AA through D then we'd need clarification on who's AA vs D. Always a fun time adding schedules.
