Predictions:
GC: Studio (sweep)
1 RU/2 RU: Momentum/Hilltoppers
3 RU: West Side Delegation
4 RU/5 RU: Celebration/Vitality

Although CR Washington beat Onalaska at La Crosse Central, from what I've heard the scores for the top 3 were very close, so Hilltoppers may be able to pull ahead. Momentum has a killer show though so I don't know for sure.
