NCASA is also presenting the first ever show choir clinic in North Carolina. See details below.
Date: January 24, 2014
Site: William Peace University in Raleigh
Cost: $150 for member schools
Choirs will have two 45-minute sessions with expert show choir clinicians. Attending choirs may also pair the clinic with the Nice Work If You Can Get It show at the Raleigh Memorial Auditorium.
The clinic is only open to NCASA member schools through October 14. Remaining time slots may be filled by non-member schools after this date. Non-member schools may also register for membership and the clinic at the same time.
Show choir related vendors will also be invited to show their wares to clinic attendees.

North Carolina Association for Scholastic Activities has set all 2015 competition dates for the William Peace University North Carolina Show Choir Competition.
March 13 evening - Regional date 1
March 20 evening - Regional date 2 (Fayetteville)
May 8 evening - High School State Finals in Winston-Salem
May 9 - Middle School State Finals in Winston-Salem
We are lining up Regional sites and hope to have these confirmed by July. We expect to have five Regional sites: West, Charlotte area, Triangle area, Southeast, and Northeast. Seventy-First High School in Fayetteville has already agreed to host the Southeast Regional on March 20.
With the generous support of William Peace University, the competition will remain free for all NCASA member middle and high schools.
We are also in the planning stages of the first ever show choir clinic in North Carolina. This will likely be presented on a Saturday in January or February. We will share details as they are developed. Any remaining clinic slots will be opened up to all schools (including non-NC schools) if NCASA schools do not take all available slots.
