Batesville Singers had two awards for Tier II
Best Male Soloist- Luan Arnold
Best Female Soloist- Olivia McKnight

They awarded Best Visuals (Choreography) for Tier II. So i'm sure that they did for Tier I as well, I just don't think anyone has told us who received it.

Also for the women's division, so we know Ben Davis won GC and GPS took 1RU. I feel like they would've awarded top 3 at the very least. Anyone?


I'm pretty sure Grosse Pointe also got best Visuals as well.

Best Visual for Tier I went to Grosse Pointe South's Pointe Singers. The also won captions for Best Vocals, Best Costumes and Best Tech Crew.

Grosse Pointe South's Tower Belles earned the first runner-up award along with Best Vocal, Best Tech Crew and Best Soloist, Cinderella Ksebati.

Sadly Springfield was not able to attend this competition due to unfortunate circumstances and IHSA solo and ensemble contest.

Sounds won grand champs yesterday and I believe Edgewood came to be 1ru but I don't remember much

Edgewood seems to be all over the place with placements this season. Must truly be the result of judge preference.
Yeah, it seems that some of the judges truly don't like the way we dance. It is getting mixed results.... :/

Grosse Pointe Tower Belles won first runner up in the Single-Gender division, and Grosse Pointe's Pointe Singers won grand champions for large mixed group!!

I'm slowly piecing together results. If anyone has more comprehensive results I would appreciate it. I have not heard much about the women's division placements aside from Ben Davis "Sounds" winning.

Can't wait to see Chris Pratt's group. This will be the first time he will be back to cg competing since he left cg! I hope a lot of his former students will be there. I heard his group is awesome!

this should be a fun competition! I haven't been back to Center Grove since the big battle between Clinton Attache, Mt. Zion Swingsations and Lafayette Jeff! i want to say that was 2001?!
