Unfortunately Simmons and Boaz are no longer coming. So there will be only 6 Middle School Groups for Friday Night.

Still no Boaz or Simmons? The final schedule that was just sent out still has them on it...

Kind of a low turn-out this year, though. I wonder if that means Belmont or Purvis, which are the same weekend, will have a good turn-out or if Southern groups are just taking the weekend off/going out-of-region. Hmm.
It's also Mardi Gras weekend. Not sure how much that affects Mississippi/Alabama, but in Louisiana schools are closed 3-5 days!

For clarification, is the Tallassee women's group that's attending "Divas" or "New Image"? I assume their advanced group, but who knows.

Also, what's Homewood "The Network" up to this weekend?

The Tallassee group is Divas. And yes, it is a low turn out, I can't think of another competition that has ever been schedule to be over at 7:45.

"The Network" is competing at Petal instead of at Opelika this year. "Legacy" and "The Associate" (to my knowledge) will not travel to Petal.
