BGM "Dynamics" 1A/2A Exhibition - no placement
Keota "EagleRock!" 1A/2A 2nd Place
Hudson "First Edition" 1A/2A 1st Place

New Hampton "Main Street West Singers" 3A 3rd Place
Marion "New Creation" 3A 2nd Place
Mount Pleasant "InMotion" 3A 1st Place

2. Congrats to Ottumwa! I know that you and Mt. Pleasant must have been neck and neck (you both have great shows)! I wonder if this is their first Grand Champ award?


Thank you! Yes we were neck and neck. Mt. Pleasant was ahead of us by 3 points after the day round and we were ahead of them by only 3 points at night. I was very close.

This was Ottumwa's first Grand Champ award ever!

I will post the full results tomorrow all of my info is at my school.

This is correct. I just copied and pasted the schedule and did not look at classes. Also, The Aristocats are in the prep division. I guess the schedule I got was incorrect.

Oh okay thanks for the help. Another question, though, what is considered the prep division here? Are the Aristocats the only choir in the prep division or are they in with the "1A/2A" groups?

Event has been updated. For clarification, Western Dubuque "Aristocats" is a women's group, not a middle school group. Is it the women's group competing against the middle school groups? Or does Western Dubuque have a middle school group that isn't the "Aristocats"?

P.S. Poor Ottumwa all alone in their own division.
