I just wanted to thank Beavercreek for letting us come out to their competition this year! Everyone from Solon had a wonderful time and you were all AMAZING hosts. We hope to see all our new friends soon
In prelims Solon's Combo received a 28, Olentangy Keynotes' Combo got a 27. In finals they tied for a perfect 30. Just thought I'd throw this in there.

This was my first ever competition, and it was beyond amazing! Beavercreek were WONDERFUL hosts, and I was thrilled to talk to all the other people from other schools and make new friends! Watching the other choirs perform was fantastic, whether live or from the screen, I can't say enough about how impressive and downright frickin' awesome these shows were, and it was SO much fun to perform for a such a great audience! I don't think I've ever either stayed in a school that far past midnight, but every minute of the experience was awesome!
Where else will Solon compete this year?
Solon will competing at Marysville, Findlay, Medina, and Twinsburg this year as well as hosting our own competition.
Solon is actually on their 7th GC. They won their last competition of the 2011 season. They have become quite the group to watch and I'm so excited to see how well they do this year!
No this is only their 6th straight win! Such a Proud alum! I can't wait to attend my first comp next week! show choir season is back and I am sooo happy!
Congrats to Solon "Music in Motion" on their 6th straight GC and 6th straight Best Band award! And congrats to all the other groups too!

This might be a stretch but one of our students is missing a blue dress shoe. Thought I might take a chance to see if maybe it got mixed up in someones set pieces while on stage. Thanks for looking. Congrats to all the choirs today!!
