There was .8 of a point difference between Mundelein Sound and N.C. Counterpoints. Just shows how close rankings can get!

Wow! Congratulations BL!!! What a big win for you guys. When I heard Lothlorien, I knew to watch for your success, and a big vocal win over NC confirms that.

What is Luers' show this year?

Can anyone confirm that Ben Davis competed?

Also, congratulations to Bishop Luers! Your show was great when I saw it at Northrop.

I don't think so. They took 2nd RU at the Franklin Hoosier Competition in Indianapolis.

Results?
All I know is that Mundelein Sound got 2nd RU in mixed finals and Mundelein Lights placed 1st RU in single-gender finals.

But the full complete set of results would be very much appreciated!

Can anyone confirm that Ben Davis is actually going to this competition? They are also down for competing at FC the same day. Is one of the dates wrong or is BD only attending one of these or are they actually competing in both?

With Franklin Central and Mooresville not being too far apart, I wouldn't be surprised if they competed at both.

Random Predictions:

GC: North Central
1RU: Ben Davis
2RU: Mundelein
3RU: Bishop Luers
4RU: Plainfield

I'm assuming that there will only be 5 finalists since no one has said anything.

For This comp there are only four places.. so i was told

Thank you. I wanted to confirm that the division was made up of entirely single-gender choirs and kept getting conflicting information.

Do you know if Varsity Singers has always been all-male?

Yes Varsity Singers has always been North Central's all men show choir/concert choir! they rockk!

North Central "Varsity Singers" is an all-male choir. So, they aren't an intermediate mixed group. They compete in the single-gender class at competitions.

I believe North Central Varsity Singers is single-gender - Men's. Huntington North's Varsity Singers is mixed. Looks like this is the North Central group so it's Men's.
