Congratulations to all the choirs on a great competition and to Hurricane on their well deserved GC. My impressions:
Hurricane- great energy choreo and vocals!
Solon- WOW you have upped your game! No offense to Hurricane but I was surprised you did not win best vocals. Frankly this could have gone either way. Amazing band!!!
ETC- good to see them back and sounding good. Loved the soloist!
Edgewood,Garfield,and Euclid- enjoyed the shows.

Actually, Edgewood was 3rd rup, pushing Garfield and Euclid back to 4th and 5th.

If I remember correctly ETC had a pretty rockin band last year but it could be a toss up with Solon. It is going to be a really close race between Solon and Hurricane. I put Hurricane ahead because they have already beaten Solon, but both are very solid choirs this year. It's all going to come down to who rocks it in both Prelims and Finals. Can't wait to see the all the choirs perform!!!!!!
I feel the same way but I'm looking for Edgewood to kick it up, I always enjoy their shows and they are a really nice group of kids to hang out with. So what I'm saying is I'd switch Edgewood and Garfield Heights. Hurricane's band has gotten better each time I've seen them so depending on their performance that might be something to look for.
Disappointed to see a few usual choirs not attending this year...
Everyone seems to have finals about the same, I'd have to agree.
