How do you get best vocals, and not win....Congrats to Clover Hill, and Vip's you had a awesome year!

Yeah, that's not uncalled for by any means.

In the 2003 State Competition, Hurricane won Best Vocals and got third. In 2004, Capital won Vocals, Winfield won Choreo, and Hurricane won Grand Champs.
