With Hart the very next day and prepping for NYC this is tardy, but congratulations to Mr. Maxson and the Arcadia folks for a great competition. There isn't a lovelier venue than the San Gabriel Mission Playhouse, and The Big Pow Wow always runs like a swiss watch.

It can't come out the way AmBass 007 predicts because the trophies have already been made with the respective winners names engraved on the little plaque. We found that it's nicer to have the names of the winners engraved, but it necessitates us picking the winners before the actual competition.

Rollie Maxson
Arcadia Director

i thought it couldnt come out that way.
anyhow, glad to be of partial help
just kidding, arcadia always was one of my favorite competitions!
mr. maxson is pretty awesome! good job everyone!

Advanced Mixed results certainly don't surprise me! JBHS has come quite a long way from the beginning of the season. If i'm correct, they lost to Burbank a few times before re-invigorating their show and vamping it up a bit. Goodluck Burbank In Sync! You've got quite a challenge ahead of you if you want to claim the number 1 spot in California this year.
Last night was was the fourth time they've competed. The only time they lost was at Diamond BAr in February.
Burbank- 1 Burroughs- 3
They have one more chance to try and beat Burroughs. I don't think anyone can beat the streak Burroughs is on right now though.

I believe that Powerhouse and In Sync tied for music.

That is confirmed.

Great job OOTB! Your show must've come so far since I last saw you in February. To In Sync, fantastic job on the music caption. Just keep refining and polishing the littlest things in your show.
God Bless, Damon

First off, Thank you Arcadia for a great competition! I had a blast and our hosts were great! => GREAT JOB to all the choirs that performed! I seriously loved it. From amazing shiny dresses (I love shiny things), to great vocals, to great choreography, to Rio ribbions, to princesses and castles, and the DANCING PIKACHU! It was amazing. =>

And another Congrats to Powerhouse! You guys were amazingly intense! And I'm loving the dancing statues. lol =D

There are NO tickets left for the Pow Wow. The place seats a little over 1400, but all of the tickets have been sold.

Sorry. Don't make the trip for nothing.

aaaaaaaaw comeon! i really was hopin i'd get to see burroughs set again. i must say that whoever does the statues has real skill to be able to stay still for that long hahaha

the statues are our apprentices. they are girls from sound sensations (lisa morrison, trevyn savage , karlee dontanville), and boys from soundwaves (max reynolds, brian tom).
