What? No. We didn't bring food guys...

Yeah, that doesn't even make sense! We didn't bring food!

Our director said that it was upon further investigation it was Waconia that started this frenzy of upset tummies. I guess they brought some kind of food with them and made friends with other show choirs. That's why like 30 of Waconia's performers were getting sick and only a few in other choirs. Kinda funny...but not lol

Lincoln Public Schools (the district office) has been investigating since 13 of us drove up to watch, and over 50% of us have been home sick for multiple days. (I just went back to school today)

eek. When one person in a choir is sick on competition day somebody else is BOUND to follow. I remember in FAME Chicago my freshman year the girls shared lipstick and well-

the bus ride home was long.

Haha ewww...I remember at SCA my freshman year the stomach flu was going around. I got it from this guy I met from Alabama!! Stupid boy!! lol

I know we had at least 3 in Westside's Warrior Express have GI issues. Not sure who else did but all had walking tacos.

Nice way to put it mother.

So that's why there were only cookies and candy at the concession stand when I went after our finals performance...

Thank you!! We worked out booties off. No joke.

I HOPE EVERYONE THAT GOT SICK FROM THOSE KILLER WALKING TACOS ARE BETTER!! I almost ate one. Ahh

The one time I didn't have the walking taco...
And it was a GOOD decision.

HAha, We had 30 kids from our show choir absent today.

But we should make assumptions.. maybe.. it was the flu?

btw does anybody know who got the best female soloist that night?
I know we got the best male one, but i never found out who got best female soloist.

I believe it was the ballad soloist from Millard West.

Prep Results

1. Omaha Westside "Simply Irresistible"
2. Omaha Westside "Warrior Express"
3. Waconia "The Current"

I was told that SI was about 40 points ahead of WE and that WE was about 5 points ahead of The Current. I saw all three groups perform and you were all great.

Congrats to ATSC, from everything I've heard you guys really had two great performances yesterday.

Also, congrats to Lewis Corp. You guys have obviously came a long way from Johnston. Best of luck

Simply Irresistible is higher up the show choir food chain at Westside than Warrior Express. It goes Warrior Express->Simply Irresistible->ATSC

SI beats Warrior Express the majority of the time, but there have been exceptions.

I never knew that! Probably both because they rarely compete in the same class and because of the unfortunate stigma associated with women's choirs.
