eh...

i nunno i was just guessing pablo due to the sports rivalry thing... yeah.. sorry about that pablo!!!

and juan.. rivalries frankly suck... it puts people against each other...which could kill the fun.

rivalry..ey...somebody should start one..so that way like every competition everyone will be at the edge of their seats wondering which one will come out on top regardless of wether they come out in first or not..it would keep things interesting..

sorry i didnt mean to leave eastlake out of my rankings.. i edited my post a while ago so theyre in there..

on another note.. i didnt know there was an eastlake/bonita rivalry in show choir.. i know theres one in football.. but thats it.. and if there was.. i graduated so i wouldnt really care..

so theres no eastlake discrimination.. i just forgot about it at the moment i wrote it..

Junn, celebration! was amazing !!!!

Jacob, sorry for the irritated-ness.. im just like.. i onno... tired of eastlake discrimination.

But yeah.. everyone was good at something.

Ramona made me crack up.

I could sing along to Machine's songs. that is a huge plus.

Celebration! was great... Junn, IM me and i'll tell you all about it.

the workshops were fun. especially bobbi's!! Dancing with guys from Celebration! rocks!

yeah... seriously... they weren't bad... my group wasn't bad...

or is it bias?

or is it due to te whole eastlake/bonita rivalry?

cuz if it its.. that's dumb.

im pretty sure pablo didnt mean to leave eastlake out on purpose, and no it wasnt from SoCal(which im still getting over, but still no hard feelings) we all got past it, or atleast the majority of us. anyways pablo was pretty frank with his critiquing and i totally concur with him on the comments he made towards each group( thanks pablo for the consructive critisism) everyone did really well, especially eastlake and carlsbad in comparison to last year. excellent job everyone, and good luck in future competitions.... until we meet again!

What were the sets of the choirs? Or is that still guarded? I really want to know Celebration's set!

fantasy was cool.. celebration was really good.. eidelweis was incredible.. amazing vocals.. they seemed to die a bit during the dance numbers but great overall effect.. youre always very intense and trini has really set his own style when it comes to choreography.. which i like.. closer needs a lot of cleaning.. both vocally and choreography-wise but im sure by showstoppers it will be amazing..
carlsbad.. good good.. i totally recognized damon brown's choreography.. lol.. the opener lacks in energy but its very classy.. a cappella sounded really good.. then that one closing medley was kinda akward in those outfits lol im sure itll be cooler with the costume change there.. again.. the vocals kinda die when you dance..
BV.. you guys were good.. i was expecting more personally cuz some people had been really hyping you guys up a lot.. good change in style of choreography.. i wouldnt necessarily call it midwest style.. but its cool nonetheless.. i thought "its my life" and "rent" were very similar visually.. the a cappella sounded good.. very good girl sound.. kinda boring song but you sang it very well.. and once again the vocals werent really there during the upbeat numbers.. but overall it was a cool change of style from last year..

if it was a competition it wouldve gone
1st - Celebration (Music and Show)
2nd - BV
3rd - Carlsbad
4th - Eastlake
5th - Oceanside
6th - Madison
7th - Ramona

i can tell you all, fantasy WILL have additions to the whole concept of it within 2 years so that the traditional groups will attend. however itss gonna take som tough debates for a new location and much more strict guidelines, however we(leadership) has gone over this issue and some great suggestions were taken into consideration for "in the future" (ronacher).......... this will hopefully happen soon
