OMG, yeah! i totally forgot about that. Mason, you guys were amazing!! i was super impressed with you!! Your vocals were awesome to be a group so small. Keep up the good work!!
The mess up came when the announcer gave 3rd ru to Mason and 2nd ru to Colerain when Poca beat both in the class awards. The scores were really close between Colerain, Poca, and Piqua (1st ru), but the scorers messed up on the sheet they gave the announcer. BIG MISTAKE!!! Doesn't anybody check this stuff out!! Sad for Poca that they didn't get announced as 2nd ru and really sad for Mason that they took their trophy away to give to Colerain, who had to give the one they got to Poca. I think, just me, that Portsmoth should have a 4th ru trophy made for Mason. This stuff happens way to much and the schools hosting comps. really need to make sure that the awards are right BEFORE they announce them.
That said, Colerain, Poca- loved both your shows, Piqua- good job but I really liked the hamburgler last year " border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> , and Hurricane- AWESOME vocals but choreo in closer was to much like a Bring it on cheerleader comp. You do it well though. and Mason, to be a smaller group, had great vocals. Good job by everyone to be early in the competition season.

...where did mason place, they were originally announced as 3rd runner up, but then their trophy was taken away, because they forgot to announce poca or something
