I'm glad I'm going to college only 30 mins away from fairfield.

There has been high speculation and buzz that Clinton "Attache" is attending.

I never confirm anything... I will say, I'd be willing to bet my left kidney that I will be sitting down next March watching John Burroughs and Clinton duke it out, once again.

I hope thats true!! I want to see Attache so bad!!

There's 3 more powerhouse groups attendings that havn't been officially announced yet. I'll post them ASAP.

The current list of competing groups, these are from the forum, so these are not official, just what I've collected.

Marysville
Petal
Loveland
South Dearborn
Hamilton
Center Grove
John Burroughs- Powerhouse & Sound Sensations
St. Calirsville

and I totally just mispelled my alumni school.....

Well it's near Cincinnati so that takes away 2/3 of what you can do in Ohio lol
I sense some state rivalry going on.....

Dangit. This sounds like an AWESOME competition and I wish we could go but Pekin's IHSA Solo/Ensemble competition is that day so it we have no competition that day unless no one does solo/ens then the situation might change =p

So what's a must-see in Ohio? Or near there?
I've never been there, so I have absolutely no idea.

I am sad to announce that the Olentangy Keynotes will not be attending the Crystal Classic again this year due to the fact that it is the same day as our district contest for concert choir. Good luck to all who are competing! I am definately going to find some way to make it to finals so I can see all of the great groups who will be there.

im soooooo mad the west virginia all-state choir thing is the same day and our stupid director wont let us come because 8 people get to go to all-state its soooooooooo dumb!!! however im probably going to be one of those 8 and hopefully tne concert is in the morning and we can speed and get there to see (since we can't compete against) John Burroughs.

So Fairfield 2010 looks to be pretty epic. A bunch of groups are planning it but havn't sent in their info so their names can't be posted yet.
But so far the confirmed are: Marysville, Petal, Loveland, South Dearborn, and Hamilton.

Who else?

Hamilton's Rhapsody in Blue has the last time slot
;))))
