5RU: Broken Arrow “Tiger Rhythm”

Alrighty, let me do a bit of an analysis to explain my predictions. Obviusly the first two spots are given, Loveland has been consistent all season and always turn it out. As well as Glenwood, I saw their show earlier this year and was amazing. I also originally thought Waubonsie would not do very well here at this comp going off of past performances, but I did see them this past weekend at the Chicagoland Showcase. They did a MUCH better job and personally thought they should’ve gotten 2nd to WWS. Wheaton North just has good vocals and that will push them through to 4th. MTZ always turns it out, Dwight Jordan gives them AMAZING choreography and they have crazy energy. That is why I think they’ll beat out Waconia, Twinsburg and Broken Arrow. Broken Arrow is amazing vocally but I think the judges may appreciate the style of show that Zion puts on. I could be completely wrong as most of these predictions will be. No one knows, Choral Classic is a bloodbath every single year!

Love what you said about Waubonsie. I want to see them do well so badly, just to prove to me that everything I thought I knew about show choir isn’t changed!

This one is a really hard one to predict, but I'll try my best!

This one is so hard to predict because it's absolutely stacked with Midwest powerhouses. There are a bunch of groups that feel wrong not being in finals and a bunch of groups that I think could take the GC. I'm also not very knowledgeable about Midwest show choir outside of Ohio, so take this prediction with a grain of salt.

I would definitely not underestimate Waconia Power Company. The competition in Minnesota this year is intense, and they have held their own.
