I might end up going this route, because i really am having a hard time coming up with anything. i already went shopping last night and there was nothing, so i might have to go down to coral ridge.... and that just sounds like so much hassle.

I was really impressed with their exhibition performance last month and knew they would do well this year.

HAHA Chris! I totally was trying to pick out my outfit, and decided against being cute! haha, i went for easy and comfort!!!! hahahah jeans and my SCA zip up! haha

I might end up going this route, because i really am having a hard time coming up with anything. i already went shopping last night and there was nothing, so i might have to go down to coral ridge.... and that just sounds like so much hassle.

There are so many groups to be excited for- Happiness, Inc... Momentum... Classics...

But the show I am most eager to see is Sauk Prairie. I want "Executive Session" to rock the stage (like they have done the past TWO years) and make finals!

The more I think about it... the less I think Kennedy will get 6th...

Therefore, I'm going to change my predictions to "I have no idea and neither do you"

(But I do still think Regis will win on Friday!)

Gus, I would love to see Kennedy take Best Vocals, but I don't know if that would happen. I think that they would have a better chance at the Best Choreography caption, IF they are able to receive one. But I do think that your final results are pretty good though.

My thoughts on how this will happen:
GC: Wheaton Warrenville (BC)
1RU: CR Kennedy (BV)
2RU: CR Washington
3RU: Waconia
4RU: Linn-Mar
5RU: Iowa City West

Finals could go basically any way, especially 2RU-4RU, and I can see IC or Sauk moving into finals with some hard work.
I know ICW beat Linn-Mar at Benton, but Linn-Mar did take second here last year and they will probably be extra-motivated after not making finals last week. They did beat Kennedy at Viterbo, so it's not like they don't know how to put on a good show.

I never said the fight for finals wasn't going to be interesting. Although you do have a point that results at Kennedy probably won't change much in finals. I expect GR finals to change a TON!

I don't. lol I think the caliber of groups fighting for finals is going to make it much more interesting than Kennedy. Day round and night round could be all over the place at GR. I feel Kennedy, it will stay close to the same.
