Who is travelling the farthest for Mt. Zion (both spectators and competitors)? Excited to see Sullivan, EEE, and Manteno

GOOD LUCK! Hopefully the weather will be good for driving. Supposed to be in the 20's tomorrow.....

First of all, I just want to say that I am excited to see the season starting.

Secondly, I want to give props to a group: Manteno Magic
I happened to see their preview show this weekend, and I was pleasantly surprised. I haven't always been a fan in the past, but I must say they put on a show this year. I guess they got a new choreographer and they are FINALLY dancing. Good song choice. Too bad they are going right after lunch, since a lot of people tend to not be in the gym and judges are groggy from eating, but if you happen to not be doing anything I would recommend going to see them. I think you will be very surprised this is the same group that performed the pirate show last year.

Good luck to all, and especially to Manteno, may your talent overcome your placing in the day

Please spare me the introduction. I know who you are, we go to the same college and sing in the same choir.

I understand being supportive of one's old group, however... face the facts. Onalaska is a good choir. Be that as it may, they have a new director this year, and from what I've heard from some very trusted observers Onalaska wasn't so hot on Saturday night. Also, EEE is quite the show choir, with quite the program. They've been making steady progress in the past years, and I only expect them to continue this trend.

I wasn\'t trying to talk poorly of Onalaska, however my opinion is valid, and regardless of whether I stayed for finals it's also true.

However, best of luck to Onalaska at Mt. Zion

I wasn't putting that disclaimer in there for you, Ben Anyway, I hope Onalaska can prove you wrong, but I know that EEE is one heck of a show choir, so I am looking forward to seeing how it all turns out!

I did miss your point until speaking to you, and the post was before we talked.

I'm a bit concerned as to how EEE will be competing at both Fairfield and Totino-Grace- our schools are not exactly down the road from each other, our competitions are the same day, and you are apparently paid and registered to attend both.

No one from Eisenhower has contacted us to cancel.

I'm pretty sure that Eisenhower has chosen to compete at Fairfield.

For someone who didn't stay to see Ona's show at Classic... you sure seem to know a lot about how they will perform " border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> (by the way, I'm not in the group, I'm an alumni, so don't take my post to mean what the group thinks)
