The Friday schedule is now posted along with an updated Saturday schedule. The primary change was Ankeny Centennial "Eternal Rush" moving to an earlier time slot and now performing in the prep division. Additional details below:

Lots of great groups here. This is random, but based on videos I've seen of Ankeny Centennial, I think they could dominate the show choir world if they would tone it down a bit. They're very loud and in your face as far as vocals are concerned. They have the voices and talent for sure, but I wish their sound was less operatic and forced. Also, their April James choreo is amazing, but also a little much (like their vocals). Just a lot going on. That being said, the potential is certainly there and their shows are always breathtaking!

It wasn't actually a call out! Just a little quip. William is the one who mentioned 'tone it down' so I was just going off of that. No need to edit or feel like it's criticism. We don't have enough discussion going on as is!

So early, but this is an early comp...
GC: Urbandale (BB, BV)
1RU: Ankeny Centennial(BC)
2RU: Wheaton North
3RU: Waukee
4RU: Broken Arrow
5RU: Millard North
These will probably be so wrong, but it’s exciting to see Wheaton North heading to Iowa, especially after the season they just had. Ankeny Centennial and Urbandale are gonna bring it of course, so this comp is going to be an awesome start to the season. Love to see Millard North and Broken Arrow too. Huge vocal competitors all around, and all of these groups have been on the rise lately. Definitely keeping my eye on this comp.
