Last year, Iowa City West and Norris made finals here and Lincoln East didn't. Though I didn't get to see any of them live last year and I also agree Lincoln East is really picking up their program. Always cool to see another strong Lincoln show choir!
Yes that is true, and Ankeny's JV group has shown to be one of the groups to look out for. They beat Express last year at Johnston. It will be interesting how this competition will play out. I'm pretty bummed we don't return to Midwest Cup this year. It was one of my favorites!
RDK, I'd probably say the exact same as you except have Lincoln East as 3RU and bump norris and Iowa City West down one spot. East has really come on strong the last few years as a pretty good group from Nebraska. But, who knows what could happen with this being the first competition for the year for many of the groups.
