It will be interesting to see how the top 3 coming into this competition pan out. The margin of points between the top 3 at Montgomery was very close, and everyone knows placements never repeat themselves. I'm looking forward to seeing Homewoods show as well, it seems as though they dominated Jackson Prep. Also made me question the scoring for Auburn that weekend as well, because they definitely brought it this past weekend.
Would have to say that is false. Tift and Oak mountain actually tied in placements, however Tift had the higher numerical score. Therefore, Tift got second.
The only prediction I will make is that Tift County breaks out of the 1st runner up rutt they have been in and (finally) goes home with the biggest trophy. I think all the pieces are there. They just need a clean performance.
I know there will not be finals at Albertville this year, and I'm sure they will give awards in each division, but will they also announce and award the top five of the day with a Grand Champion?
It's obvious the competition for top spot is going to be a brawl between Oak Mountain, Homewood, and Tift County - I haven't gotten to see Oak Mountain but heard vocals were through the roof- I have had the honor to see Homewood and there show is amazing as ever- Tifts show was high energy and really appealing good luck to all performers!
