ooook let's all just take a deep breath and cool down lol..besides...none of that had 2 do with results, so its not as big as it's being made out to be...yea it was rude, but it happens, and life still keeps on, so it'll be alright...congrats to manchester on a great show and the win

We aren't pointing fingers at the wrong ppl, we all know exactly who did it, and like wildone said, if their director found out, there would be hell to pay.... All I can say is karma is a b***h, and I hope it shows in the next few weeks.... and i have a goog feeling it will

I don't even know how to respond to that. There must be some bitterness in the air in Cabell County.

I have to say that Cabell Midland has come a long way in the past few years. This is the best show that I have seen from them yet. However, I think the results of the competition were very accurate. Cabell Midland is extremely clean but vocally it still has a way to go. Just because your loud doesn't mean your singing with proper vocal technique. Anyone with that many girls is going to be heard. I think the biggest problem is that you don't support your tone. I still feel that your show has come a long way since Beavercreek. Keep up the good work.

Poca, this just wasn't your day. I saw your show and I have to say that it wasn't your best. Your show lacked energy and vocally it was a little flat. I think you might have had trouble hearing your band. Even the soloist on the ballad has some minor pitch problems. In the past, this hasn't been a problem so I think it was a one time thing.

Congrads to Ravenswood. I didn't see your show but I was told that you had a nice choral sound and that you have improved a lot. You guys have been known to make drastic improvements in short periods of time.

I was impressed with St. C. I thought you had one of your better shows on saturday. Maybe even your best this year. Keep improving.

As far as Nitro goes... We have come a long way in one year. We had some minor problems on saturday that have never happened before. Our show still has a way to go but overall we had one of our better performances at Capital. Much improved since Poca. Keep up the good work guys.

Yeh I think cabellmidland should have gotten way better placed, that was bs, but about the "Go nitro" thing i think people are pointing fingers to the wrong people, but it was upsetting that that was said.

CmHsWes, i couldn't agree with you more...no disrespect meant to ANYONE by any means, but the final results were a little, uh, off if you will...i won't go into any details, but having been there all day and seen all groups, i do think that the results were a little wishy washy...but again, no disrespect meant to anyone, as everyone was fantastic, but things were a little funny to me

I was very disappointed in all the results of this competition. I'm not saying that just becuase of the results of our own group but also because of the rest of the groups' outcomes.

Let me say that I am sorry that happened. You're right, it is rude and unacceptable behavior. I can say that the Showcats were in the review room when Cabell Midland was on stage and the majority of the parents were loading the trailer and putting away costumes. I really don't think the remainder of the parents that did stay would do that.

I appreciate all the posts from Nitro. Cabell Midland knows it was no one from Nitro who shouted that during the performance. They do know who was yelling it and I imagine if their director was made aware of their classless behavior there would be hell to pay.

Thank you. I thought that Nitro had just finished up, and I was pretty sure that they couldn't have made it back in time to watch us. I am just confused by who would scream that in the middle of another schools show.

By the way, did anyone at the comp. hear people screaming "Go Nitro" in the middle of Cabell Midland's show. That was really rude and if anyone knows who was doing it, please say who. If fit was you, fess up. That really isn't cool.

I'm very sorry that someone yelled "Go Nitro" during your show. This is the first that I have heard of this incident. However, there is no possible way that a "Showcats" member could have done this because we were all in the review room and I seriously doubt that one of our parents would have done something this childish.

That really is not cool but it could not have been any of our choir because Cabell Midland was directly after us and our choir was in the review room. A lot of our parents and all of our crew were loading the trailer. If that was said, then it was not done by a Nitro member. I really hope that it was just a mistake.
