Pleasant Hill Choirs will be here and I see some Jenks members attending this event.
Let me say this, if you are around this area or have a chance to come down, please do so! This competition is always a great one and ran by the lovely Joplin Choral staff. This competition is the IT competition. Carthage has such a killer show along with Pleasant Hill. Jenks coming down will be a treat as we saw them come down last year but they took a loss to the award winning Choraleers from last year, I can only assume they are back to get the top spot like every other choir. Broken Arrow, a program with a long lasting history of excellence, is probably assumed to take first place, whoever, I don’t want to put Jenks, Pleasant Hill, Neosho, or Carthage out of the running for first place…I am so excited to see what goes down…it’s going to be amazing! Now Neosho did take a loss this past Saturday at Pleasant Hill, however, my thoughts and opinions will mostly stay to myself, but I thought they were absolutely amazing. This choir is doing it again which is why I think they could be a great candidate for first place
