Schedule slightly adjusted. Everything is now moved up earlier by 30 mins so the first group is 9:30 instead of 10:00 and the last group is 5:30 instead of 6:00. Same order. Also, indeed all the open division groups are now eligible for finals and there will now be 6 finalists and the winner of single gender will have a showcase performance!
Schedule is posted. There will be 5 finalists - only Tier I is eligible. The highest score among the day round (Tier II, Women's, Middle School) will have a "showcase" performance at the start of finals.
This is being reviewed. It sounds as if they may make finals open to Tier II as well. I'm under the impression if this happens they are considering adding a finalist spot.
