Event page updated. Auburn is one of the few Alabama competitions that is hosting a finals round. There will be 5 finalists with final awards scheduled for around midnight.
I spoke with their director at Albertville and he just wanted to give them some experience facing bigger groups. They competed twice in Tier I and now are finishing offf the season in Tier II.
GC: Grenada “Visions” (Best Choreography)
1RU: Homewood “The Network” (Best Vocals)
(These two could very be swapped but I think the captions will stick.)
2RU: Jackson Academy “Encore”
(could lose out of this spot if not careful, could beat out a group above for a surprise if they really bring the heat)
3RU: Oak Mountain “Singers” or Albertville “Centerstage!”
4RU: Oak Mountain “Singers” or Albertville “Centerstage!”
(Also: IN MY OPINION, the bottom two spots are definitely up for grabs )
